Tax relief
Recall that the donations to the non-profit IRET Foundation are tax deductible. Both for individuals and businesses can deduct from their income because the donations to non-profit, an amount not to exceed 10% of the total declared income and the extent of up to 70.000,00 euros per year (Art. 14 DL 35/05 enacted into L n. 80 of 14/05/2005). To qualify for these tax benefits is necessary that the donation is made through a bank, post office, credit cards and debit cards, and bank checks.
